Siblings

I used to be a single child and was sort of thrown into a massive family of six siblings. It was definitely a God thing because I have never been happier. We tend to be at each other’s throats all the time. But, in the end, we realize that no one else would be there if we fell. It is said the sinners are what make saints. My siblings and I all have our issues, but we force each other to learn and fix them. When all is said and done, and we are grown with families of our own, we will look back on these quarrels and know they were for the better.

Younger siblings are the biggest test of patience I have ever known. Their questions and interests always change. It’s annoying but when the smoke clears you realize they adore and think the world of you. The fact that you have the worlds sassiest younger sister that can be oh so sweet and that you have two boneheaded younger brothers with the world’s biggest heart is enough to make you try harder. They follow your lead no matter what so you can’t correct them because then, all fingers point back to you.
