Laura Wetzel

Laura Wetzel is a lifelong resident of Russellville and a graduate from Arkansas Tech University. Laura owns Quick Service Cleaners and her and her husband also own Arkansas Real Estate Collective with their partners, Kyle and Bethany Hood.

She has an obvious interest in wanting Russellville to succeed and prosper and is continuously investing in making her community a beautiful and safe place to live.

With a background is sales, management, and working in real estate, Laura understands the need for positive growth in our community. Throughout the years, Wetzel has served on many boards and volunteered with different organizations including the Arkansas Valley Board of Realtors, Portraits of Courage with the Boys and Girls Club, and as a soccer coach with Arkansas Valley Soccer Association.

She has been an advisor to her college sorority at Arkansas Tech, is a member of the Sequoyah PTA, and is a proud Life Member of Junior Auxiliary where she served as Finance Chair, Parliamentarian, Vice President, and President. She has a proven track record of hard work and commitment to Russellville and looks forward to advocating growth in Russellville while promoting collaboration between the Council members and the community.
