The Cash family has been in Northwest Arkansas for three generations. The Barn has been in the family since the 1970’s. Service has always been an important part of our family values and mission.
Jim and Kim Cash opened Barn at the Springs in 2015. Jim is a retired jeweler and small business owner and Kim is a retired nurse and hospital executive. They were ready to retire but saw a need for a beautiful venue that put people first. Zach Cash is their youngest son and serves as Director of Operations. Zach has an amazing attention to detail that makes all aspects of touring, booking, and your event day seamless.
Jim, his sons and now grandchildren enjoy the farm and it’s beautiful surroundings. We are proud to share it with you as you start your forever. Come see what makes this 100 acre farm something special.
