A unique wedding venue located in Northwest Arkansas only 20 minutes from Springdale or Fayetteville and just off Hwy. 412 in Hindsville.
Willow Brooke Farm wedding venue features a one of a kind barn situated on 45 acres of rolling hay meadows and trees with views of the countryside and mountains.
The 7,000 square foot barn is climate controlled with a 4,800 square foot reception area. The venue can accommodate 300 people depending on table arrangement, size of dance floor, etc.
An additional 2,000 square foot covered patio is accessible from six french doors just off the reception area, complete with patio string lighting.
The interior of the barn is a photographer’s dream with white shiplap walls and exposed white rafters. A large caterer’s kitchen is equipped with two commercial refrigerators, a nugget ice maker that is capable of making 500 lbs. of ice per day, a stove with an oven, and a double sink.
Also, there is abundant counter and cabinet space.The spacious lower suite with a view overlooking the pond is equipped with a mini fridge, leather reclining sectional, game table, TV, armoire, double sinks and private bathroom with shower.
The upper suite is a must see that is fit for a princess on her special day. It has a beautiful lounge area with an adjoining dressing room. The dressing room is separated from the lounge area with a double sliding barn door, perfect for a first look.
It has a makeup vanity with mirrors and extra lighting that can accommodate up to 5 people at a time. The upper suite also has a mini fridge, private bathroom with shower, two sinks, and another private dressing area. Most importantly, the upper suite has its own heating and air unit controlled by the bride.
Willow Brooke Farm wedding venue offers 300 folding indoor white resin chairs, 300 folding chairs for the lawn, (27) 6-foot rectangular tables that seat 6-8 people, and (32) 60-inch round tables that seat 8-10 people.
There is no additional cost for the use of the tables and chairs. There is a unique bar with sound system for no additional charge. We also have a large room fully stocked with wedding decorations at no additional charge.The venue is handicap accessible, with handicap parking. The men’s and women’s guest bathrooms are handicap accessible as well. We look forward to your visit!
