Old South Salad Dressing
Ingredients
1 egg
1 1/2 c. of Wesson Oil
3 T. Corn Starch
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 of wedge Roquefort Cheese
1/2 cup chopped olives
Recipe Instructions
Beat one egg very well, while beating the egg, add the oil very very slow (that is the secret to this dressing). Cook the corn starch and water until it turns clear and thick. Let cool then add egg mixture, salt, garlic powder and crumbled roquefort cheese and olives.
